Every loop: from the researcher to the correspondent
How this site keeps up with the evidence, in the open. Four roles take each piece of evidence in turn: the researcher saves the live websites, the curator promotes what matters into the evidence vault, the journalist publishes it to this site, and the correspondent reviews what went live and corrects it. One loop is one evidence head taken all the way round; when the correspondent has reviewed it, the loop is full. This page shows the last full loop, the one in progress, the next one due, every loop so far, and what the record cannot see.

Who does what
data/schedule/; the status says whether a scheduled task runs it.The last sixty hours, and the next day
Filled: what happened (the researcher's queue times as the curator names them, the curator's vault commits, the releases that put a new evidence head live, the correspondent's reviews, and every run record). Hollow: the next scheduled wakes. The faint line joins the stages of one loop. All times UTC; London left summer time on 25 October, so from then London is UTC.
Every loop (4; 1 full under the four-role pipeline)
| # | Evidence head | Researcher (queue) | Curator | Journalist (live) | Correspondent (review) | Took | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 4 | 8c16a64a7cf6capture to 24 Oct 16:05 UTC; 382 sources | 24 Oct 14:21 UTC, 24 Oct 16:52 UTC | 4 commits (curator@php.newsroom) +54 sources, +64 snapshots, 30 claims; head 24 Oct 17:18 UTC | v0.15.19, 24 Oct 22:08 UTC journalist@php.newsroom; 11 releases at this head (later ones are other work) | 24 Oct 23:21 UTC correspondent@php.newsroom | 9 h 00 min | full loop |
| 3 | 1f38e70921b2capture to 24 Oct 08:37 UTC; 328 sources | – | 2 commits (curator@php.newsroom) +33 sources, +0 snapshots, 23 claims; head 24 Oct 09:50 UTC | v0.14.30, 24 Oct 12:55 UTC claude-journalist; 21 releases at this head (later ones are other work) | 24 Oct 12:55 UTC the Opus journalist, in the same release | 5 h 43 min | one session |
| 2 | 1845598d9a38capture to 23 Oct 16:04 UTC; 295 sources | – | 4 commits (curator@php.newsroom) +68 sources, +0 snapshots, 49 claims; head 23 Oct 23:31 UTC | v0.10.19, 24 Oct 00:00 UTC claude-journalist; 47 releases at this head (later ones are other work) | 24 Oct 00:00 UTC the Opus journalist, in the same release | 6 h 19 min | one session |
| 1 | f3c5db0d9873capture to 23 Oct 01:20 UTC; 227 sources | – | 17 commits (claude-newsroom-lead, claude-vault-app, collector-gov, curator@php.newsroom, first commit, merge, newsroom.dev) +45 sources, +0 snapshots, 0 claims; head 23 Oct 11:01 UTC | v0.10.4, 23 Oct 14:52 UTC claude-journalist; 15 releases at this head (later ones are other work) | 23 Oct 14:52 UTC the Opus journalist, in the same release | 3 h 51 min | one session |
A head released again, or reviewed again, is a duplicate within its loop, counted in the row, not a new loop. Loops 1 and 2 came from the first collectors; loops marked "one session" were published and reviewed by the same Opus session before the pipeline was decided on 24 October.

What this record cannot see
- The researcher writes no run record to this repository (data/runs/researcher/ is empty): its wakes are seen only through the queue times the curator names in its vault commits.
- The curator writes no run record to this repository (data/runs/curator/ is empty): its wakes are seen only through the evidence vault's commits, read at each correspondent wake.
- The source watch's own export (data/source-watch.json) was last read 23 Oct 12:40 UTC; its pack vault's read key is not published, so its pages and snapshots here are that day's.
- 7 curator commits never went live on their own: each was folded into a later export (normal, but a head reviewed is not every commit read).
- Times of the researcher are the queue times the curator writes, not the researcher's own clock; a wake that found nothing to queue leaves no trace here.
- Run records say when a wake started and finished; a wake that did nothing need not commit (AGENTS.md, section 7), so quiet wakes are invisible.

The site and its repository
Built from data/loops.json (exported 25 Oct 01:14 UTC by admin/build/export_loops.py; the evidence vault read 25 Oct 01:14 UTC), data/runs/ and data/schedule/. The correspondent re-exports it at every wake. See also the desk (what is still stale) and every schedule.
