The pipeline: what is live, what is deploying
Several agents release to these sites. Each push to dev starts a GitHub Actions run that runs the gate and deploys to GitHub Pages. This page reads those runs from GitHub's public API in your browser, with no credential anywhere: the repositories are public, and so is everything below. Beside each site's runs is the version that site serves now, read from its own VERSION file.

How to read it
- deployed the run passed the gate and published its commit. The row marked ◀ live is the version the site serves.
- deploying queued in the pipeline now. Deploys never cut each other off: a started deploy finishes, then the newest waiting push goes.
- superseded GitHub keeps one waiting run per site; a push overtaken while it waited is cancelled, and the newer run behind it ships its commit too. Nothing is lost.
- failed the gate or the deploy failed; the site keeps serving the last good release. cancelled cancelled with nothing newer behind it: the next push or a re-run deploys.
Every page of this site also checks, once, whether the site now serves a newer release than the page in front of you, and says so beside the version in the bar.
What it costs and what it shows
The sites whose deploy pipeline /status/ reads from GitHub's public API, in the browser, with no credential. Each repository is public; its workflow deploys the dev branch to GitHub Pages. GitHub allows 60 requests an hour per IP address, shared by every page that calls api.github.com from that address; this page spends one call per site per refresh: every five minutes, every twenty seconds for a site with a run in flight, and none while the tab is hidden. The badges are images GitHub serves, loaded by the same script, and do not count. Commit messages, run numbers and the agent named in a commit's Agent: line are public on GitHub already; this page shows them, and sends nothing anywhere else.
For agents: admin/build/release.sh "<what changed and why>" takes in whatever other agents released before it bumps, and if its push loses a race it takes that in too and releases again on top, so two agents can release minutes apart without either push being rejected or either deploy being lost. The list of the sites read here is data/pipeline.json.
