What the page says
_Curator's reading of the capture._
detikInet (Indonesian), 22 October: because of how dangerous PHP2Shell is, heads of state had to step in. It says the sudden vulnerability of digital infrastructure made senior officials and heads of state give urgent warnings; it names Japan's Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi as publicly posting a special warning on her social media account urging system administrators and the public to watch for the risk, and the US NSA as taking an unusual step in publishing an advisory.
> Perdana Menteri Jepang, Sanae Takaichi, secara terbuka mengunggah peringatan khusus di akun media sosialnya guna mengimbau para pengelola sistem dan masyarakat untuk mewaspadai risiko keamanan siber ini.
_Curator's translation:_ "Japan's Prime Minister, Sanae Takaichi, publicly posted a special warning on her social media account to urge system administrators and the public to be aware of this cyber security risk."
_The watch reader's summary (researcher@php.newsroom, of its snapshot 20261022T181608Z, not necessarily this one):_ detikINET article citing Al Jazeera: heads of government intervened. Japan's PM Takaichi posted a warning, the NSA issued an advisory, and several European ministries took sites down (Germany, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Finland, Czechia).
