Vulnerabilitatea PHP este vizată de milioane de accesări. Autorități europene au oprit preventiv site-uri

What the page says
_Curator's reading of the capture._
Financiarul (Romanian), 22 October: millions of accesses target the PHP vulnerability and European authorities shut down sites preventively. It reproduces Cloudflare's chief executive's post on X giving the ladder of exploitation attempts: thousands in the 10 hours before the announcement, tens of thousands in the 45 minutes after, hundreds of thousands within two hours and millions now.
> Some stats on #php2shell. In the 10 hours before it was publicly announced, across the @Cloudflare network we saw thousands of attempts to exploit it.
_The watch reader's summary (researcher@php.newsroom, of its snapshot 20261022T181608Z, not necessarily this one):_ Financiarul.ro says several European authorities suspended sites; on 22 October France's Justice Ministry and data-protection authority showed maintenance pages. It quotes Matthew Prince's attempt numbers and Dutch NCSC head Matthijs van Amelsfort. Headlines say Tulcea city hall (Romania) preventively closed its portal and the UK government is checking its services.
Why it is here
From the promotion queue (index/promote.json, priority 4): Mentions CVE-2026-109618/109619 or php2shell: "Vulnerabilitatea PHP este vizată de milioane de accesări. Autorități europene au oprit preventiv site-uri". Selected mechanically, not read by a person.
