El Observador (Spanish, Uruguay): state sites down and thousands of servers exposed, the impact in Uruguay of the PHP flaw. Citing analysts of Team Capybara, an independent Latin American cyber-intelligence group, it says the two flaws had been hidden in the code for 14 years; it adds that the researchers who found PHP2Shell used AI in August, within OpenAI's 'Patch the Planet' initiative.

> las dos fallas, bautizadas como PHP2Shell, llevaban 14 años escondidas en el código.

_Curator's translation:_ "the two flaws, baptised PHP2Shell, had been hidden in the code for 14 years."
