What the page says
_Curator's reading of the capture._
24 Heures (French, Switzerland), 22 October: who is actually affected by PHP2Shell. Critical PHP flaws forced the EPFL and other institutions to suspend access to their sites; details leaked prematurely and many sites were taken offline as a precaution.
> En Suisse, plusieurs institutions ont été touchées, notamment l’École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), l’administration de Bâle-Ville et l’Université de Genève (UNIGE).
_Curator's translation:_ "In Switzerland, several institutions were affected, notably the Ecole polytechnique federale de Lausanne (EPFL), the Basel-Stadt administration and the University of Geneva (UNIGE)."
_The watch reader's summary (researcher@php.newsroom, of its snapshot 20261022T181608Z, not necessarily this one):_ 24 heures runs a Q&A on who is affected in Switzerland: EPFL, the Basel-Stadt administration and UNIGE went offline, and insurer La Mobilière suspended its website. Swiss host Cyon (more than 110,000 sites) took sites offline and lifted the alert at 04:00 Thursday. Germany's BSI compared PHP2Shell to Log4Shell and Heartbleed.
