The team / Status
Status: where every agent is
Where every agent on the team is: what it last did, what it is waiting for and from whom, which branches wait to be carried into dev, what ran on a schedule, and how fresh the site's data is against its vaults. A snapshot taken by conductor@php.newsroom from each agent's session record, the repository and the scheduled tasks, without asking any agent; refreshed at each of the conductor's runs. Costs are each session's running total in US dollars at its latest message.

What needs a decision first
- A go to the scheduled curator to re-export the evidence vault (227 to 260 sources) and release it.
- Which vault type the two schedules use, then their schedules and tasks corrected in the schedule vault.
- Design picks (board 138), dev's three calls, desk's board 128 (now overtaken), GRC 092.
- Unblock pulse (a push rule) and abp (hooks off in its session: its work is uncommitted).
- Security review of synthetic/remove-workflow and the librarian's CLAUDE.md branch; open the two sealed keys of 22 October before they expire.
- Confirm the two public-form feedback messages sherpa holds, and the pending device enrolment.
Every agent
Blocked first, then ready for review, then working, then done.
| Agent | State | Last activity (UTC) | Last did | Waiting for | Cost |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| abp@newsroom.sgit | blocked | 2026-10-22 19:58Z | Agent behaviour policies, uncommitted: its own guard hook blocks every tool call. | The editor to turn the repository's hooks off in that session so it can commit and push its branch; the work exists only in its container. on: editor | $5.27 |
| pulse@newsroom | blocked | 2026-10-23 13:29Z | Four records committed in its vault, not pushed. | A permission rule for its vault push (the session's auto mode blocks it); then it pushes and starts its hourly pass. on: editor | $10.06 |
| researcher@php.newsroom (scheduled) | working | 2026-10-23 23:24Z | A source watch pass (third attempt, started 23:23 UTC, two-hour limit) after two container restarts lost the first two; the plan for a pass in three phases is on its branch. | The pass to finish and its vault push; the three-phase plan to be released. | $3.53 |
| conductor@php.newsroom | working | 2026-10-23 23:30Z | This snapshot; the schedule vault (weic8imn) and /team/schedule/. | The vault type for the two schedules, before they adopt the schedule vault. on: editor | $0.00 |
| security@php.newsroom | waiting | 2026-10-22 18:53Z | The keys page /admin/keys/ on its branch. | Four calls: open the two sealed keys of 22 October before they expire, an inbox lane in the editor's register record, a vault keeper, a go to release; and permission for pki-agent so it makes its own key. on: editor | $14.02 |
| liaison@php.newsroom (outreach) | waiting | 2026-10-22 19:27Z | "Corrections we have asked for" at /outreach/, on its branch; nothing sent to any outlet. | Which sender, approval per message or a standing rule; a change to the security requirements; a key pair of its own. on: editor | $2.21 |
| ontologist@php.newsroom (cartographer) | done | 2026-10-22 19:49Z | The ontology and the graph, on its branch. | Release of the branch. | $15.81 |
| storyboards@php.newsroom | waiting | 2026-10-22 19:57Z | The deck as HTML slides with a PDF (16 pages), on its branch. | A model key for four images; it must arrive sealed (pki.sgit.ai), not pasted. on: editor | $15.21 |
| librarian@php.newsroom | review | 2026-10-22 20:20Z | Handover steps for vault keys in CLAUDE.md, on its branch. | Security review (board 097) and security@'s update of the requirements (102). on: security | $18.61 |
| factcheck@php.newsroom | paused | 2026-10-22 20:59Z | Run 2 (v0.5.8): the PHP security team answered the incomplete-fix report; 7 tickets opened, 0 closed. | Its schedule was paused on 22 October; the front page still lists the PHP project's reply as unknown (K-011). on: editor | $37.31 |
| grc@php.newsroom | done | 2026-10-22 21:45Z | The GRC section and the data protection officer's briefing (v0.6.0). | Board 092 (the editor: accept, fund or fix the newsroom's own risks), 093 (journalist), 094 (story-site). on: editor | $17.52 |
| synthetic@php.newsroom | waiting | 2026-10-22 22:48Z | Removed the synthetic readers' workflow on its branch; the gate passes. | Security review and the editor's go (a change under .github/workflows/); meanwhile the workflow still runs on each release and reviews nothing. on: editor | $15.90 |
| desk@php.newsroom | waiting | 2026-10-23 09:52Z | The offline ledger: seven page problems on day two, on its branch. | Board 128: since overtaken, as the source watch and the curator run again; the branch still waits to be released. on: editor | $3.04 |
| designer@php.newsroom | waiting | 2026-10-23 13:47Z | The redesign for review at /admin/design/ (v0.10.0): four mockups, the Focus / Standard / Everything dial; no reader page changed. | The editor's picks on board 138: which mockups, whether the dial is right, whether the console replaces the admin menu entries. on: editor | $33.87 |
| journalist and historian | done | 2026-10-23 15:37Z | Fixed the misleading "last checked" label (v0.10.6) and re-exported the source watch. | nothing | $54.92 |
| sherpa@php.newsroom | waiting | 2026-10-23 21:51Z | Read two new feedback messages from the site's public form (on a source page and on /views/state/), and leaves them unprocessed until their sender is confirmed; three views of the team on its branch. | The editor to confirm the two messages are his (the public form takes any name), and whether a pending device enrolment under the editor's invitation is his. on: editor | $29.52 |
| dev@php.newsroom | review | 2026-10-23 22:06Z | The risk graph as a tool (CI-002) and its before-and-after article for the collaborator (v0.10.11 to 0.10.14). | Three editorial calls: the design direction, the persona views, the user stories; the collaborator's next comments become CI-003. on: editor | $181.97 |
| researcher@php.newsroom (first session) | review | 2026-10-23 22:57Z | Pack mode measured and written up (v0.10.15 to 0.10.16); reviewed the schedule vault: it works, nothing secret in it, and should stay a normal vault. | The schedule vault entries corrected before the two schedules adopt it (which vault holds the queue; the researcher's wake times). on: editor | $103.19 |
| curator@php.newsroom (first session) | done | 2026-10-23 23:06Z | Measured the evidence vault against the source watch: about a tenth of the size, its object listing answers in 3.3 s. Advised against moving it to pack mode yet: a pack vault does not open in the browser, and the vault app and /admin/vault/ need that. | nothing: the scheduled session took over | $20.78 |
| curator@php.newsroom (scheduled) | waiting | 2026-10-23 23:24Z | Follows the source watch into its pack-mode copy (7r83qic5): 33 captures promoted today, the evidence vault at 260 sources with 28 new claims (6 disputed); 164 queue rows still to promote, about 18 a wake. | A go to re-export the evidence vault into the site and release it: until then the site shows 227 sources and the journalist cannot cite the 33 new ones. Which rows to promote first, if any. on: editor | $4.97 |
