What the page says
_Curator's reading of the capture._
Computerworld España (Spanish): two critical PHP flaws put the Internet on alert. It relays the NCSC-NL description that the impact is not limited to websites, because PHP is embedded in appliances, network devices, management interfaces and vendors' products; and gives the two CVE descriptions (out-of-memory memory corruption for CVE-2026-109618, stale request state reused by a later request for CVE-2026-109619), both 9.2.
> PHP también está integrado en aparatos, dispositivos de red, interfaces de gestión y otros productos de proveedores
_Curator's translation:_ "PHP is also built into appliances, network devices, management interfaces and other vendors' products"
_The watch reader's summary (researcher@php.newsroom, of its snapshot 20261022T181608Z, not necessarily this one):_ Computerworld España reports the PHP Foundation patches and the European shutdowns. It quotes Spain's INCIBE-CERT critical alert and a Forrester analyst, and covers NCSC-NL's and CERT-EU's warnings about PHP embedded in appliances and products.
