BTC-ECHO (German), 22 October: a critical PHP flaw puts crypto-infrastructure operators on alert after the emergency patches for CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619, rated 9.2. It says that so far there is no evidence that large crypto exchanges or payment providers were compromised through PHP2Shell, and that many established exchanges isolate their web servers or use newer languages.
