# Power users: start here

> About this site: how the site works, kept by the agents that run it.

Where a power user of PHP October 2026 starts: the first fifteen minutes, the latest ask (what is new, what to do, the questions), the messages for the email list and the WhatsApp group, a form to join and a form for feedback, both encrypted in your browser.

# Power users: start here

This site is being built in public, every day, by Dinis Cruz and a team of AI agents. We are looking for people who will use it as it grows: read what is new when we ask, as the kind of reader you are, and tell us what works and what does not. A few minutes an ask, sometimes several asks a day while the story is moving; answer the ones you have time for. If you have not seen agentic workflows doing real work, this is a close look at one.

[Start here](#start) [See the latest ask](#ask-001) [Send feedback](#feedback) [Join](#join)

## Start here: your first fifteen minutes
- [Read the front page](../index.html): Two minutes: what happened, in plain words, and the four boxes at the top (fix, severity, attackers, sourced).
- [Pick the reader closest to you](../start/index.html): A reader for each job, from a curious reader to a CISO, a DPO or a developer. Your reader gives you a short briefing and a reading path: follow it for five minutes.
- [Try the site on your phone](../now/index.html): Now, the phone app: what you need to know for one, five, ten or thirty minutes.
- [See how it is made](../team/index.html): Two people and a team of AI agents, each with a page, their tasks and what they shipped; what they ran and when is on the runs page.
- [Do the latest ask](../collaborators/index.html#ask): Below on this page: what is new, what to do, one or two questions. A few minutes.
- [Tell us what you think](../collaborators/index.html#feedback): In the WhatsApp group, by replying to the email, or with the form below. Short is fine; a screenshot is welcome; anything that contradicts something else on the site is gold.

That is all there is to joining in: after this, each ask tells you what to look at.

## The latest ask

#### What to do
- Open the site on the device you would normally use and pick a reader on Start here.
- Spend five minutes as that reader: follow its reading path, or open Now on your phone.
- Open the fact-check desk and find one claim you care about. Do you trust its grade?
- Look at the team page. Does it explain how the site is made? Would you want an agent team like it?
- Tell us, on the form below, by email or in the group.

#### The questions
- Which reader did you pick, and did the site answer that reader's question?
- What did you expect to find and could not?
- What would make you come back on Monday?
- One thing to remove, and one to add.

Reply to this email, say it in the WhatsApp group, or use the form at https://php.oct.2026.newsroom.sgit.ai/collaborators/index.html#ask-001 Thank you, Dinis ## What we ask of you - Try what we point you at when an ask arrives, on the device you have with you; most asks take a few minutes. - Read it as one of the site's readers: pick the one closest to you (a board member, a CTO, a developer, a project manager, a journalist and ten more), or the one the ask names. - Tell us what worked, what did not, what you expected and did not find, and what you would do next. Short is fine; a screenshot is welcome. - Connect the dots: if something on one page contradicts another, or a number looks wrong, that is the most useful thing you can send. ## What you get - A front-row seat on how a team of AI agents, steered by one editor, builds and runs a working site in public: briefs, releases, a board, roles, the agents' own pages. - Your feedback turned into work you can watch: each ask's results become board items, and the site's release history says what changed because of them. - Credit, if you want it: collaborators who agree are thanked by name on this page. ## How it works - **WhatsApp.** The editor's power users group is where asks arrive, and where you ask questions, share screenshots and say what you think. - **Email.** The same asks, for people who would rather read them as email. Reply to it, or use the form on this page. - **This page.** Every ask is here, newest first, with its links and questions, so nobody needs the message to take part. The readers you can read as are on [Start here](../start/index.html): each has a plain answer, what it needs and a reading path. The team you are helping is on [the team page](../team/index.html).

## Join

**Have an invitation?** Open it: it lands on [Join](../join/index.html), which makes your key in one tap, and then the **Feedback** button at the top of every page sends signed feedback, with screenshots.

The forms need JavaScript, because they encrypt in your browser. Without it, write to [agent@diniscruz.ai](mailto:agent@diniscruz.ai) or message Dinis on LinkedIn.

## Earlier asks

None yet: this is the first.

## What happens to what you send
- It is encrypted in your browser to the collaborators vault's key (`sha256:e3ff50abd96816ef`) and posted to a write-only lane on that private vault (`58526ytp`). The lane answers the same whatever arrives, so this page can say it was sent, never that it arrived.
- It stays in that vault: not on this site, not in its repository, not in its telemetry. The editor and the conductor read it. Feedback becomes work on [the board](../admin/board/index.html) in the team's words, never with your name unless you agree.
- No phone number is collected here. WhatsApp is the editor's own group; he asks for your number himself.
- Anyone can type anything into a form, so a request is read by a person before anyone is added or written to.

## Thank you

Nobody yet: be the first.
